A cleaning fee is charged once per stay. It is shown in the price breakdown and included in the total. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, and there is no deposit or key money.
How do I check in?
Self check-in with a smart lock. Follow the instructions we send in advance and go straight to your room without a front desk.
What is an apartment hotel?
A place to stay with a kitchen, a washing machine and other everyday facilities in the room, booked and checked into like a hotel. Stays of 1 to 29 nights.
Is the room cleaned during my stay?
As these are short stays, there is no regular cleaning during your stay as a rule (please contact us about long stays).

Every room has a kitchen (IH stove at KISETSU Waseda I, gas stove at KISETSU Waseda II), a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, a washing machine and a bathroom dryer. Cookware, tableware and laundry supplies are provided.
